The Living Embryo of Whole Wheat

For our 46th Wedding Anniversary the good Doctor purchased something I have always wanted. No, it wasn't a diamond bracelet which is still on my bucket list, but a whole grain mill. And some wheat kernels that were non-GMO, non-irradiated so I could make a low gluten bread. 

For over 10 years it was all about gluten free wheat free in between the occasional cheat. However, the idea that came to my mind was this. In our great grandparents day the wheat was harvested whole and not disturbed. The era of true farming. A throwback to the old ancient ways. Since then our nation has health problems infinitum and the big corrupter of that was flour made from wheat that was stripped of its germ, bran and endosperm. Those vital nutrients were given to the livestock. We, the people got the cardboard nothingness. So flour companies had to enrich it with vitamins and still pass it off as white goodiness. In the meantime, celiac diseases came about, gluten sensitivity and intolerance and then the hundreds of gut diseases ( our second brain). Cancers abounded and people just went into dire fatigue.

I thought about all that and asked myself, why was this stripping even allowed? Corporation take over which added to my list of all the evils, Monsanto at the top of the list because the wheat was not fit for consumption with glysophate attacking its genome.

I had to find farms that remained pure and they are out there. Then buy the kernels that were nurtured and mill the wheat myself, then figure out how to make the bread with a very low gluten percentage. I studied and learned that the longer the starter upward towards 19 hours room temp, the more microbiome is created from the atmosphere. THIS is how our ancestors did it. They did not have yeast. When I investigated some of the celebrity chefs here and in France and around the world, I was inspired. What began this journey was that the first two loaves of regular breadmaking turned into a fiasco with the whole milled wheat. I could use them as doorstops. So now my mission was to create a bread using a formula that incorporated the long rise. One of my huge idols in the business of food purity is Dan Barber. You can hear and see him working his artform on the Netflix original called Chefs Table. Here is a bit from an article written about him called "Bread is Broken". I am paraphrasing to put it into a storyline but this is the gist of it.

 

There is a 600 sf room known as the Bread Lab in Mt. Vernon Washington State, where Stephen Jones who has a Doctorate in genetics from UC Davis,and now works for Washington State University, evaluates all the chemistry of pure wheat dough. It has been his office for the last 4 years and the great chefs like Chad Robertson of Tartine,  Jeffrey Hamelman of King Arthur Flour, revered Jone's work. Now Chef Dan Barber of Blue Hill at Stone Barnes restaurant ( 60 day waiting list for a very expensive meal) has asked Jones to create Barber wheat through cross pollination, all the while maintaining sustainability. Jones was taught the craft of breeding a long time ago. He knew wheat had a hundred hermaphrodite flowers which in essence allows the plant to self pollinate. His career goal was to improve the yield and disease resistant wheat cultivars used in industrial milling but after a disgusted view of what wheat was used for, he left and began a purer journey with Washington State.

The giant band of wheat that stripes the center of America is a byproduct of the industrial age. From the 18th century to the early 19th century, wheat was grown mainly near the coasts. During this time, immigrants and American emissaries introduced numerous varieties — Mediterranean, Purple Straw, Java, China, Pacific Bluestem — which breeders tinkered with, adapting them to various soils. All that preindustrial wheat was a living library of flavors: vanilla, honeysuckle, black pepper. Agricultural journals of the time noted the idiosyncrasies of wheat kernels — whether they were red and bearded, velvety or ‘‘plump, round, of a coffeelike form’’ — and distinguished wheats that produced ‘‘excellent’’ and ‘‘well-flavored’’ bread from those that yielded ‘‘inferior’’ loaves. Two wheats in particular, Red Fife and Turkey Red, became immensely popular in part because of their robust nuttiness.

It was in 1839 that the kernel was sheared with the steel roller mill. Before then, stone or wood was used. Because the fragrant nutrients were stripped, the flour if not used immediately, turned rancid.

People think when they buy whole wheat flour it's pure. The germ and bran are added back in after the stripping. How integral do you think that is? The oily germ has a shelf life. Which, by the way, is a crock to think you are getting healthy wheat germ anywhere in a bottle.

The ongoing work in Bread Lab is developing nutty dark breads with delicious aromas of chocolaty, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg. The outcome relies on how the soil is nurtured, what was harvested there, and the cross pollination.

I am not ready to shout out my research regarding a good bread baked just yet but you will know when I do.

This Whole Vaccine Thing

We have considerable honor for one more physician who has put his entire reputation on the line for what he knows as truth. If you have never heard of Dr. Russell L. Blaylock, MD I will introduce you to him. He is most likely retired from active practice now, but was a neurosurgeon. Do you think he knew the workings of the brain? His exemplary research into autism, brain conditions and vaccine influence is immeasurable. His bio from his website:  www.blaylockreport.com

 He attended the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his internship and neurosurgical residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. For over a quarter of a century, he practiced in the demanding field of neurosurgery in addition to having a nutritional practice.


Dr. Russell Blaylock is the 2004 recipient of the Integrity in Science Award granted by the Weston A. Price Foundation. He serves on the editorial staff of the Journal of the American Nutraceutical Association and is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons, official publication of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons.
He previously served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS, and is currently a visiting professor of biology at the Belhaven College, also in Jackson.


 For quick study, I will list some bullet points:

1. Excessive vaccination can increase the risk of not only autism, but also schizophrenia and neurodegenerative diseases.

2. The above has been researched, proven and validated in hundreds of studies on a molecular level that includes cell culture studies, mixed cell cultures, organotypic tissue studies, in vivo animal studies and human studies.

3. In 1983 before autism, children received 10 vaccinations. Incidence of autism was 1 in 10,000 then.
Today, before the age of 2, children receive 23 vaccines and 36 vaccines before they attend school. In 2005 the incidence was 1 in 250 children. Incidence of autism is  NOW 1 in 150 children. Why the increase? Studies point to autoimmune risks where there is dysfunctional immune systems in families(serums from Mothers binding with specific brain cells), higher autoantibodies(serotonin receptors, myelin basic protein, neuron axon filament protein, nerve growth factor and cerebellar neurofilaments.) Methylmercury ( from fish) and ethylmercury ( from thimerosal in vaccines). Both powerful immunosuppressants.

4. There is a "hand grenade in a shopping mall effect" of which neuroscientists found that the damage done in autoimmunity is not due to the reaction with brain structures but rather from release of
STORMS of free radicals and lipid peroxidation products during the reaction. The cliche used means that the hand grenade not only harms the individual but injures all of the bystanders as well.

5. CDC recommends separating the powerful MMR ( measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine with live viruses, from OTHER live virus vaccines to prevent viral overgrowth yet they continue to combine MEASLES with mumps and rubella.

6. There are vaccines with  only a FEW strains of the bacteria or virus and this can cause a shift in strain dominance ( so the strain NOT included then becomes the dominant disease causing strain) Many pediatricians are not aware of this.

7. Children exposed to a Western diet using immune suppressing corn, safflower, sunflower, canola, peanut and soybean oils are making the vaccinated child more susceptible to infection and vaccine complications.

8. Over vaccinating weakens the immune system.

9. There is a higher incidence of ear infections in children, with antibiotics prescribed which often leads to candida overgrowth in the child's body. Both infections will prime the microglia in the child's brain. This is the brain's specific resident immune cell. This is also primed by the early Hep B vaccination given soon after birth.

10. Vaccine infection is different than natural infection as the vaccine infection produces brain immune stimulation for very prolonged periods. Natural infection eventually shuts down the microglia immune stimulation. With vaccines it does not shut down. This was extensively found in the Vargas study of autistics from age 5 to 44 yrs of age.

11.30-82% of autistic children develop seizures. What causes this is the release of the excitotoxin glutamate and quinolinic acid from the immune stimulated microglia and astrocytes. Many cases of these seizures they are silent or manifest in behavioral problems. This may go unnoticed as a seizure activity however, pediatricians and the CDC say that infants and children with seizures should NOT be vaccinated.

12. Those children who are vaccinated with the full spectrum, show the injection site as red, swollen and painful. Then, the high pitched crying, lethargy and poor feeding that can last for weeks or months. THIS IS NOT DUE TO THE INJECTION BUT TO BRAIN INFLAMMATION, WHAT WE CALL THE ENCEPHALITIC CRY.


11. The recent release of a combination vaccine by Merck, ProQuid resulted in twice as many seizures. It contains MMR antigens, chickenpox viral antigen ( 5 x that of a single dose).

12. It is well known in neurology that low sodium levels can also trigger seizures. ( even in normal people) In a child it can result in rapid coma and death. In the presence of brain inflammation, these seizures are higher. ( IV's such as 5% dextrose and water have little or no sodium. I am convinced that children who died with meningitis fever with such IV's running into their bodies died of hyponatremia- low sodium, says Dr. B)

13. Rapid brain development occurs in the last trimester in utero and continues to the first two years of life with emotions, emotional control, thinking , language, complex memory. Women who are infected with the flu during pregnancy are more likely to give birth to an autistic or schizophrenic child depending on where the virus infection occurs. This is increased now with the flu shot for pregnant women.

14. The adjuvants in the vaccine is a major concern. Added to the vaccine is albumin, aluminum ( which could be aluminum hydroxide, aluminum phosphate or aluminum potassium sulfate), amino acids, DNA, residues, egg protein, gelatin, monosodium glutamate (MSG a known neurotoxin), MRC-5 cellular protein, and various antibiotics. Some bacterial or viral contaminants- their particulates, fragmented matter). Aluminum is supposed to boost the immune reaction and make it prolonged, yet this also prolongs the microglia reaction with an inability to "shut down" normally.

15. New emerging syndrome is macrophagic myofascititis  attributed to the aluminum adjuvant, especially associated with Tetanus and Hep B vaccine. 100 victims so far have severe muscle weakness and joint pains first described in France with brain injury. Now known, aluminum accumulates in the brain and results in neurodegeneration. This is seen in Alzheimers and Parkinsons disease. Studies show that aluminum phosphate was absorbed 2.9 x faster and higher than aluminum hydroxide. The results? They found it in kidney, spleen, liver, heart, lymph nodes and brain. Aluminum enhances the toxicity of Mercury. Flouride in drinking water, foods and dental treatments would react with the brain aluminum as well creating a neurotoxic fluroaluminum combination.

16. Vaccine safety promoters say that new studies have shown that ethylmercury in thimerosal disappears from the blood within several days. Actually, the mercury leaves the plasma and enters the brain where it is de-ethylated and remains for a lifetime. What they fail to mention is that only 7% of methylmercury is converted to ionic mercury whereas 34% of ethylmercury ( the most destructive) is converted within a short time. Meaning this mercury is retained in the brain quicker. Vaccine mercury also enters the stool in high concentrations where it recirculates repetitively meaning each cycle, the mercury has access to the brain.

17. Mercury poisons the protective enzymes of neurons ( brain cells). Mercury can come from seafood, environment, vaccines, dental amalgams.

18. More males autistic because of the testosterone levels.

19. Autistic children often have dysbiosis ( overgrowth of pathogenic bacteria and fungi and loss of probiotic organisms in gut). Candida can penetrate the gut wall and enter the blood stream to tissues, organs and brain.

20. Communist China is the largest vaccine manufacturer in the world with over 400 biopharmaceutical companies and the FDA admits it inspects only 1.8% of the 714 drug firms in China.

Review of the book Medical Medium by Anthony William

I had walked into the Barnes and Noble bookstore one day and migrated ( as if pulled) in the direction of a table that had new books to peruse. There it was. I knew I had to have it, without any prior knowledge or review, I believe Spirit directed me to pick it up. Then I brought it home and devoured its contents. My uptake? I have come to believe in my long life, that there are special gifted souls who come here to help us remember the truth of who we are, in a way that this present reality of what we are inundated with cannot touch.

Anthony William at the age of 4 heard a kind and nurturing voice that has stayed with him all his life directing him to learn and know the human body and the energy fields that nourish the human biologic. His ability to see and scan the cellular levels of the body is uncanny. He claims that when he is directed to visualize a medical problem, all becomes white in his vision and what is highlighted is the inside of the body only. After such a visual, he needs to rest his eyes and cannot "see" for some hours, as if blinded. His accuracy in diagnosis has brought many medical experts to evaluate his ability and follow how his trend has markedly changed many people in need.

In each chapter of his book, he targets specific maladies, conditions and diseases of mystery. You know the routine: The Doctor gives a diagnosis and says to you, " You have such and such but we do not know why, nor is there a cure yet.

Anthony will say that it will be decades before science discovers certain causes or cures. So, Anthony lives in our far future, observing the scenario's within our structure, giving us a clue as to how we can prevent, remedy or understand the underlying causes. He is careful to give direction toward food choices to focus on, herbs and supplements that will support and help diffuse a raging illness without putting himself in the way of medical business. However, those of us who seek a truth of that, those of us who are clearly observing the manner of illness on the rise despite medications and "research" and all the fundraising in the billions of dollars toward terminal illnesses that are not changing the picture of health. Those of us who see the decline of health readily in our family lives, our community our nation and world, that we are at the crossroads and need to seek an alternative approach, an approach that aligns with nature will embrace this book as extraordinary. 

Let's take the idea of immune suppressed illness. Top of the list!
Can you bring yourself to eat these foods regularly? Wild blueberries, sesame tahini, spinach, avocadoes, black beans, black grapes, asparagus, apples, cucumbers, coconuts, papayas, pears, artichokes, bananas, sweet potatoes, asparagus, lettuce, green beans? ***
Can you bring yourself to grab a piece of fruit instead of a cookie, cake or donut?

One of the main changes we have made? For years we ate gluten free wheat free, focusing mostly on vegetables, very little chicken, no red meat, very little fish, protein mostly from the vegies and legumes and nuts and seeds. Yes, the carbs sneak in and that has not served except to satisfy the moment. When you reach the autumn of your life, you think you have to Re-Think your choices. But don't wait that long, our final wisdom.

The change was adding more fresh fruit. Everyday. The change was also adding vegetable juices every day. If I cannot juice, I run to the Whole Foods produce because there they juice amazing vegetable combinations. Anthony William advises straight celery juice*** ( yes it is bitter but who cares?) to reduce blood pressure, detox, change the whole composition of viral attack.

His knowledge points to virus. Sure we have bacteria floating around and we already know bacteria can reside in virus and vice versa. However, the culprit for most diseases is virus. And guess what? Modern medicine has no defense for that. But raw food supplements and homeopathic does. In our practice we treat for need, not prevention, yet prevention is the end product of the remedy. It is about the clean out of the toxic cell membrane and changing the ability of the disruption there to allow toxic elements to leave and good nutrients to enter. Hormone disruption, which is a blockade, exists right there at that membrane. 

Going back to FRUIT. We were all told of the sugar that compels disease to begin and sustain with fruit. We were ill advised just as we were ill advised about a hundred other things, the "four food charts", the cholesterol myth, the eggs that would kill off our hearts etc.

He writes that fruit sugar leaves the stomach in 3-6 minutes and never touches the intestinal tract. That fruit does not feed candida. That the fiber in the pulp and skin and seeds actually KILL all varieties of parasites, worms and Ecoli and strep. That fruit is a secret weapon against cancer. What IS bad for candida/fungus is processed sugar, beet sugar, agave, soft drinks and corn fructose.*** And Fat and protein also feed candida. Anti-fungal medications wipe out all the good bacteria in the gut that are fighting for you. 

Another observation of Anthony we noted: "Candida does not perforate the colon resulting in leaky gut. Instead the worse case scenario is that it creates calluses on irritated portions of the intestinal lining that hinders food absorption. That is just the gut. Candida is more infectious because it can disguise as a cover of strep in the vagina." ***Ah, more interesting now.

I recommend the book for awareness. It has the opportunity to open and widen eyes once narrow and suspicious and closed off thinking the old way is the tried and true way. It is not. We are in the future of deciding what is best for our bodies if we are to live long enough to be in service to our life plan.

The Emergence of Disease

1910 : Margarine, a chemical synthesization of vegetable oil is introduced as a substitute for butter; by 1950 the average American consumed 8 lbs. of margarine a year. This was the beginning of highly saturated trans fats and high cholesterol levels, entering the U.S. diet.
In 1911, Crisco was introduced bringing heart attacks and coronary artery disease, virtually unknown to physicians at that time.

1921: General Mills Corp invented a character called Betty Crocker to convince generations of Americans to use processed foods. Prior to this date only 20 cases of endometriosis in women were recorded. By the late 1990's 20 % of women of childbearing age in the U.S. were afflicted with endometriosis.

1929: An additive called thimerosal ( a form of Mercury) caused death in lab subjects. Despite this finding, the additive was used in most vaccines for the rest of the 20th century.
A child named Virginia was the first child born with autism in 1931, the first year thimerosal was used in vaccines. In 1991, six month old babies received 87 times higher amts of thimerosal than what was considered safe.

1935: Only one case of cancer reported in the Inuit of Alaska and Canada in the previous 50 yrs. After adopting a processed food diet between 1935 and 1970, the cancer rate there exploded and rivaled other U.S and Canadian consumers.

1938: Big Pharma company Roche led the world in industrial synthesis of Vitamins. A law was passed from the FDA that enforced, not the safety of the product, but the accuracy of information on the product labels.

1947: Sex hormones are introduced into livestock for more weight and fat. One of these hormones is DES, later learned to cause cancer. Despite FDA banning DES, it was continued to be illegally administered to animals.

1948: MSG was added to processed foods, including baby food. By the end of the century, MSG was found to be triggering toxic reactions in the human body. In 1968 a scientist in Washington University in St. Louis found that MSG in mice caused brain damage, esp. in immature and newborn animals.

1950: Before this date, cattle grazed in open spaces and grass fed. Twenty years later, cattle are placed in crowded feedlots and injected with antibiotics and hormones, fed a diet of processed sewage, poultry litter, shredded newspaper, sawdust laced with ammonia, tallow and grease.

1953: George Waldbott, V.P. of American College of Allergists warned about flouride in water causing painful and acute allergies. When Dr. Waldbott’s patients stopped drinking flouridated water, so did their headaches, muscle weaknesses and stomach upsets.

1956: Perfluorochemicals used in Teflon introduced. In 2004, blood tests revealed that 96% of U.S. children had one of the nonbiodegradable chemicals in their bloodstream.




1961: Ritalin introduced for use by children with behavioral problems. In 1975, 150,000 children were on Ritalin. By 2005, one million American children are on the drug representing 85% of the world use.
1963: The drug thalidomide is given to pregnant women for morning sickness. More than one thousand babies were born with severe deformities. The drug was not removed from the marketplace until six yrs later.

From 1970 to 2001 a jump from 6 billion to 110 billion spent on fast food chains occurred.

1971: War on Cancer announced by U.S. Congress with the National Cancer Act in place. 30 yrs later, the overall death rate remained the same.

1971: Japanese food scientists synthesize a cheaper sweetener: high fructose corn syrup to introduce into frozen foods to prevent freezer burn. Once consumed, it was learned in later years, it arrives almost intact in the human liver, not breaking down.

From 1973-1991, there was a 126% rise in prostate cancer, 17 % childhood leukemia, 26% rise in childhood brain cancer, 25% in breast cancer, 41% in testicular cancer.

1973: FDA finally bans the artificial coloring agent Violet No.1 , a revealed carcinogen, used to stamp every piece of meat in the U.S.

1974: artificial sweetener, Aspartame approved. A year later, G.D. Searle and Company was found to have falsified some of the data, hiding info regarding animals fed aspartame had developed seizures and brain tumors. No recall or ban was enforced. In 1983 a neuroscientist wrote that aspartame increases body weight bc it stimulates a craving for calorie laden carbohydrates. In 1994, 88 toxic symptoms in humans occurred from 1200 food products with Aspartame.

1977-1994: learning disabilities increased 191 % in special ed children.

1980-2000: prescription drug sales tripled to $200 billion /yr in the U.S., a figure that represents half of all prescription drug sales in the entire world.

1995: A study by USC found that there was a higher incidence of leukemia in children who ate more than 12 hot dogs each month. Nitrosamines are used in processing the meat.

1998: 75,500 synthetic chemicals have been registered as appearing in consumer products, agriculture and industry. The American Journal of Epidemiology published that serious side effects from chlorinated tap water with an increase of miscarriages.

1999: Erythromycin, after 40 yrs of usage was linked to serious abdominal obstructions.

2000: National Academy of Sciences reports that half of all pregnancies in the U.S. result in less-than-healthy babies. One third of developmental defects are caused by exposure to toxic chemicals.


1983: Coke and Pepsi switched from a 50-50 mix of sugar and corn syrup to a 100% high fructose corn syrup sweetener.

1989: A lab in Boston found that giving flouride to rats in moderate amts in water, gave birth to hyperactive babies, retardation and cognitive defects. Higher levels are given to humans than what are administered to rats. In 1992, the University of Utah published that fluoridation weakens bones and increases the risk of hip fractures.

1992: FDA announced that 65% of women’s cosmetics contain carcinogen contaminants.

1998: FDA discovered that 55% of all grocery foods sampled contained pesticides.

1994: FDA approves the marketing of genetically modified foods. By 2002, 26% of corn, 68% soybeans, 69% of cotton in the U.S. will be genetically modified. And 60% of processed foods will contain these GMO’s.


2001: The Center for Disease Control and Prevention announces that the food we eat is responsible for twice the numbers of illnesses in the U.S. in comparison to just seven years earlier.

2001: JAMA publishes a report that 6.7 million adult visits to the doctor for a sore throat between 1989 and 1999 and antibiotics were prescribed in 73% of the visits even though antibiotics do not treat viral infections.

2002: Big Pharma now employs 675 lobbyists incl. 26 former members of congress and spends $91 million a year on influencing decisions made by Congress.

2002: For the first time since 1958 U.S. infant mortality rate increases twice that of Japan and other industrial nations.

2002: One in four Americans visits a fast food restaurant.

2003: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report that 1/3rd of all babies born in the U.S. since 2000 will become diabetics.

2004: JAMA publishes a study that reveals that in the previous decade the number of adults with High BP increased by 30%.

2005: Breast milk sampled from women in 18 states is found to contain traces of perchlorate, a toxic component of rocket fuel. Texas Tech Univ researched that the source is likely to be food that was tainted from irrigation water that had collected the toxin in seepage from defense industry plants around the U.S.
2005: Yale School of Medicine researchers reported that food storage containers made of plastic
can lead to learning disabilities in children and neurodegenerative diseases in adults.

Present: U.S. ranks 46th in life expectancy and 42nd in infant mortality among nations of the world.
The U.S. spends more than twice as much on health care than any other industrialized nation in the world.

Be the Captain of your Ship

I had to use that term many times in my career. Are you a step ahead of the game of health or are you like a herd of sheep following whatever is a trend?

As a devoted family, we were at the bedside of our Mother who had a 911 Paramedic call on this Christmas Eve, thus spending our Eve for 5.5 hours in ER and another couple in ICU at her side. She was alert, awake and making sure all of us knew she would never consent to intubation. That medical directive was already written but she was no where near that deciding factor. Her issue was with blood values off the chart that created symptoms and a severe acidotic state. Over five days that was rectified somewhat but what happens when all the specialists come to her side and want to do all the procedures that are unnecessary? That is when our Mother became Captain of her own Ship. She is almost 89 yrs old but clear enough to say, how stupid to put me through a colonoscopy while I am in crisis! Because of that big NO, the hospital decided she did not want intervention so the main agenda was to "get her discharged as soon as possible". I watched in awe some things I would never do as a nurse which was my career decades ago. Nurses have forgotten themselves. What happened to bed baths? Those are no longer done. If a quick clean up for various parts are done, it is with chemical wipes by an aide. RNs or LVNs no longer do those menial tasks. I was for most of my career a critical care nurse and headed an ICU CCU unit in a teaching hospital - many teaching hospitals. To see an ICU nurse not attend to the graveness of poor urine output and wait until I became Captain of my Mothers Ship to get an order to ameliorate the issue was unacceptable. The list became quite long and even though it was a holiday weekend, nurses had no time. No time to call a Dr. No time to speak with family or patient. No time to catch up to their own overwhelming schedule of patients. The rudeness and dismissal of our questions of our Mother was intolerable. We have three RNs and 4 Chiropractors in our family! Our questions were definitive and concerning.

This is only a personal example of why we need to be in charge of our own health or our ailing elderly family members health.

To take this further, there are countless people who do not know the names of their medications they take nor what actions or side effects they have. They do not question. This is beyond our understanding.

I will use an example of Statins. Statins are ordered by a primary Doctor or Cardiologist to regulate cholesterol levels. Did you know that the medical organizations are bribed by the pharmaceutical companies to lower the blood cholesterol values so they can push for more and more statins for profit? Do you even know the side effects of Statins?  Here is what Natural News reports:

 The study, published in the American Journal of Physiology - Cell Physiology is entitled "The Impact of Statins on Biological Characteristics of Stem Cells Provides a Novel Explanation for Their Pleotropic Beneficial and Adverse Clinical Effects."

The study abstract states that statin drug "side effects include memory loss, myopathy, cataract formation, and increased risk of diabetes." It also warns that "Statins also impaired the expression of DNA repair genes including XRCC4, XRCC6, and Apex1."

I don't know about you, but for me this is a red alert. I once showed my primary physician a study done on certain drugs prescribed that actually raise the cholesterol level! He did not know and thanked me for the information.
